How does t-shirt screen printing work?

While the process varies slightly by print shop. There is a general list of steps that involves in the production of screen printed t-shirts. We provide the best screen printing in dallas service. 

After choosing the style of t-shirt, fabric, quantity and custom design or design template to apply, the screen printing process begins.

• The colors of the designs  mixes together. We ensure exact color matching with your brand design.
• A negative of your custom design art that creates and applies on a screen for setting and exposure – much like developing photos.
• If the custom theme has more than one color, steps 1-2  repeats.
• After the design is fully develops, the t-shirt can go for printing.
• The t-shirt is securely placed in a frame. With the help of screen technology, the design is perfectly positioned.
• The ink (and there are many different types of ink depending on how you look and feel) is then pressed into the t-shirt with a squeegee.
• If your custom design has more than one color, the inks will be applied separately until the design is complete.
• Once all the inks have been applied and the design has been pressed onto the t-shirt, the ink will cure. Each ink has a different set temperature, but basically the ink settles onto the t-shirt at a precise degree of heat.
• After drying, the screen printing process is complete and you have a finished screen printed t-shirt.

How do I get custom tags on t-shirts?

• Made from 100% cotton. The high-quality t-shirts are only available in black.
• The LED panel is attached to the t-shirt with a Velcro fastener – allowing for easy removal of the panels.
• Mini-pack or control unit (where the battery is inserted) is detachable for washing the t-shirt.
• The mini pack is equipped with an ON/OFF switch and sensitive scroll wheel – you can choose either high or low sensitivity.
• Batteries: 4 x AAA (not included)

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

Electroluminescent technology is for the glow. The LED panel is constructs from thin paper and flexible material. This means that wearing this t-shirt gives you exactly the same feeling as when you wear a classic t-shirt. The LED panel attaches to the t-shirt with a Velcro fastener. The mini switch box provides separately and can buckl to the belt. You can use the on/off button in the mini switch box (inverter) to control the lights and sound sensitivity.

WHAT POWERS IT AND HOW LONG WILL IT LAST?

It  powers as 4 AAA 1.5V batteries. The battery can last 10-14 hours depending on usage time and battery brand.

HOW CAN I WASH THEM?

The LED T-Shirts is easily washable. Take the LED panel with wires out of the t-shirt and remove the battery pack. Then you can throw the t-shirt in the washing machine as usual.
